I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center, which made it easy for me to get around and explore the city. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional customer service, always going the extra mile in everything they did for me as a guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I was pleased with the facilities provided. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a wide range of options to choose from. my stay was a great experience.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is really convenient if you want to explore. the room and bathroom are basic, but satisfactory for the price. the service is friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are generally okay. the breakfast could be better organized, but it's not terrible.
The check-in process could be slow and disorganized.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the location as it was close to key tourist attractions. , the rooms had all the basic necessities required for a comfortable stay. What stood out to me was the beautiful rooftop terrace that offered stunning views of the sunset.
The check-in process was also slow and frustrating for me as there were issues locating my reservation. Adding to the frustration was the poor communication skills of the staff that made the process even more challenging.

The price was affordable, and the rooms were basic, but decently clean. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. One more advantage was the proximity to local restaurants, which offered a great culinary experience.
The breakfast was disorganized and lacked variety. the check-in process was slow and confusing, adding extra stress to my business trip.
